“Nu-Vision Ministry Canada thanks everyone who assisted to make the Asante Children’s Choir Tour: “Freedom Rising”  so enjoyable. We especially thank the children and their leaders for their friendship and the excellent, well-prepared, spirit-filled presentations of praise, drumming, dance and song.  We also thank Mary Anderson for leading the local team of volunteers who were responsible for the administration and logistics for the Thunder Bay portion of the tour. To the Chronicle Journal again we say thanks for your kind assistance in advertising and reporting.

It was a privilege to host our Ugandan friends in Thunder Bay. For this we thank all the families and those who opened their church, school, home and their heart to hosting the Asante Choir group and the events. We know that when we travel to Africa we are received with the same kindness and hospitality. We are truly blessed. Well done Thunder Bay!

It is a pleasure to work with Asante Ministries Canada, the main sponsor of the “Freedom Rising” Tour, helping with the tour while it was in the  Thunder Bay area. From here they  take the tour throughout Western Canada to Vancouver and back to Winnipeg. Asante cares for 3000 orphans and vulnerable children through donations and individual and church sponsorships. If you would like to sponsor a child,  this can be arranged directly through Asante Canada,  www.asantecanada.ca or through the Nu-Vision Office, 1171 Oliver Road. Thunder Bay, P7B 7A4.
